The paper presented here is part of an interdisciplinary project called "Educational Management," the purpose which to analyze management and accountability policies applied in Public Institutions Higher Education (IHE). for Sustainable Development has a privileged place since approval Goals (SDGs) 2030 Agenda United Nations (UN), as it listed one goals pursued by these objectives. approach sustainable education was established at World Conference on All (EFA), held Jomtien, Thailand, 1990 continued Forum 2000. 4th Goal seeks promote learning opportunities ensure inclusive, equitable quality education. This goal commitment educational innovation university social responsibility protagonist formation students creation spaces. Likewise, IHEs must generate culture expansion knowledge, scientific-technological be model society. Furthermore, they contribute Development, final document which, entitled “Transforming Our World: Development,” promotes end poverty, fights against inequality injustice, addresses climate change so that no left behind 2030.
